Since the early 1990s we have been making and selling wine in the Old Newstead Butter Factory in the Newstead township.   This cellar door outlet is now closed and we are delighted to announce the long awaited opening of our new premises, a purpose built tasting room and winemaking facility at Welshmans Reef, with views over the vineyard towards Lake Cairn Curran, set in 50 picturesque acres of natural bushland.

Welshmans Reef is a small hamlet about 6km north of Newstead an easy drive along the bitumen towards the historic township of Maldon. The winery is easy to find on the main road, just before you reach the Welshmans Reef hamlet. As before, our opening hours are from 10 am till 5 pm on weekends, and public holidays, and other days by appointment or by chance. (Closed Christmas and Boxing days.)
